Creating a Practitioner Profile in Able

Creating a Practitioner account and completing the Company settings in Able allows users and teams to deliver leadership development services effectively. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your Company, ensuring all necessary information and settings are complete for a fully functional account.

About Practitioner Accounts

Practitioner accounts are for learning & development or leadership development practitioners and providers. This includes roles such as executive coaches, leadership coaches, facilitators, trainers, consultants, program designers, program coordinators and other roles involved in the design, delivery and coordination of learning & development or leadership development projects and programs. In many sections of Able we call these people "Partners".

About Company Profiles

Whether you are a sole-trader or part of a larger team providing learning & development programs you should complete a company profile. This profile is for your business details, business website, business contact details and if you have colleagues you can invite your team members to your team.

Step 1: Complete Company Information

Navigate to the "Profile" page and select the "Company" tab. Enter your company details such as the company name, business identification number, contact phone number, and general email. You can also add a website URL and upload a company logo to enhance your profile's credibility.

You Company email will appear on emails from Able and other communication on your behalf.

Step 2: Setting up Email

Able sends email to your clients and participants on your behalf, such as program welcome emails, surveys and other project related notifications. Able defaults to sending all emails from "[email protected]".

Step 3: Invite Team Members

After you have completed you Company information and settings select the "Company Partners" tab. Here you can invite team members to your Company.

To invite a team member select the "Invite Partner" button in the top right area. Complete the name and email of the person you want to invite and click "Send Invitation".
