Why Complete your Profile


Completing your Profile in Able is essential for the following reasons:

  1. You to be able to communicate well with your clients, team and other Partners.

  2. To setup your calendar for automated scheduling, and

  3. To give yourself access to other account types.

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your profile, ensuring all necessary information is complete for a fully functional account.

About Practitioner Accounts

Practitioner accounts are for learning & development or leadership development practitioners such as executive coaches, leadership coaches, facilitators, trainers, consultants, program designers, program coordinators and other roles involved in the design, delivery and coordination of learning & development or leadership development projects.

Step 1: Go to the Profile Page


Go to the "My Profile" tab. You can find this by selecting the "Complete your Profile" card or select "My Profile" in the side navigation under the "Dashboard".

Step 2: Complete the Profile Settings


Complete your personal profile details and settings:

  • Profile Picture: Able only supports PNGs and JPEGs under 10MB.

  • Name: your full name.

  • Email: this is visible to your clients, team and other Partners.

  • Mobile: this is visible to your clients and team.

  • Location: your primary location. This is visible to your clients, team and other Partners. It is useful for potential clients and other Practitioners to know where you are for local work opportunities.

  • Role Title:

  • Org Title:

  • Timezone: some reminders, notifications and emails are delivered based on your timezone.

  • Calendly Link: This is the url from Calendly that Able uses to connect with your calendars and schedule sessions. It is critical to complete this step if you want to use Able's automated scheduling. Learn how to set up Calendly here β†’

  • Your Profile: input a link to your profile on your website or Linkedin. This will appear as a link when your profile is displayed to yoru clients, team and other Partners.

Step 3: Select your User Roles


Select the account types your would like to access. Only people with permission to invite members can see this setting and set the account type. There are three account types that a user can have in Able:

  • Practitioner: an account type for L&D providers eg. coaches & facilitators. This is your default account.

  • Client: An account type for client organisations.

  • Leader: An account type for learners and program participants. Some types require a paid Plan. As a practitioner you may want to try this account to understand what your clients experience. There are four Plans for Learners, one is free the other three are paid. Learn more about Learner Plans β†’

Step 4: Save your Changes


Once you are complete click the "Update Details" button in the bottom right to save your changes.
