Learn how to add a Learner Plan to your Account and purchase subscriptions so you can then assign seats to a participant.

About Learner Plans

Learner Plans are for all individuals participating in learning & development or leadership development programs on Able. Learner Plans suit all staff at any level - from executives and senior leaders to managers and individual contributors participating on a program. Everyone you want to participate in a program on Able has to have a Learner Plan.

The Learner Plan gives users the ability to access the following features, depending on the Plan level:

  • Participate in L&D and leadership development programs.

  • Participate in online and in-person workshops and sessions.

  • AI-generated Coaching

  • AI-generated Nudges

  • Development Plans.

  • Complete Pulse surveys and goal setting.

  • Complete post-program & post-session participant evaluations.

  • Complete and view 180º or 360º profiles for themself or as a Rater.

  • Complete organisation surveys.

  • Receive emails, calendar invites and reminders for programs and sessions.

There are four Learner Plans:

  1. Free: $0 per learner per month

  2. Embed: $5 per learner per month

  3. AI-Coaching: $10 per learner per month

  4. Pro: $30 per learner per month

Depending on the context these Plans and Account types are sometimes called Learner, Leaders, Participants or Coachees.

Step 1: Navigate to the Subscriptions Page

Start by logging into your Able account.

  • On the left-hand menu, locate and click on 'Settings'.

  • Select 'Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Edit the Subscription Quantity

In the Subscriptions page, find the Usage table and the Learner Plan you wish to add.

  • Click on the edit icon on the far right of the plan to edit the subscription quantity.

  • Edit the amount of subscriptions you require.

  • Click "Update" to save your selection.

  • All Plans are in US dollars.

Step 3: Enter Payment Details

If you are purchasing a paid Plan, after you have selected the number of seats, you will be prompted to enter your payment details.

  • Fill in the required fields such as card number, expiration date, security code and your location.

  • After entering the payment details, click on the "Submit" button to process your credit card and confirm your new subscription.

  • Your Learner Plan will now be updated to reflect the changes.

💡 Note: After you have successfully saved your credit card you will automatically skip this step when you purchase Plans in the future.
