AI Coaching


Hello Able's AI Coach is a highly personalised, real-time, context-aware AI-generated leadership development Coach.

You can email or message the AI-coach anytime and get instant insightful feedback and advice to encourage and embed learning & change. The Coach's advice is informed by your profile and aligned to your learning goals. to deliver highly personalized coaching responses.

  • Hello Able uses Open AI’s ChatGPT, with customized prompts and personalised data to deliver a personalized AI-generated leadership coaching experience.

  • The AI-Coach uses data from the participant's profile including:

    • Monthly goals from the Pulse

    • Responses to the Coach

    • Leadership Profile insights

    • Development Plans

  • The AI Coach understands your strengths, weaknesses and is focussed on helping you achieve your goals.

  • AI Coaching is unlimited and available at any time.

  • AI Coaching is delivered online with Able or via email with near instant responses from the AI coach.

To chat with the AI Coach:

  2. Ensure you are logged into your Leader profile.

  4. Message the coach or pick a conversation starter.

AI-Nudges


Nudges are weekly AI-generated messages from your AI-coach to help you focus and achieve your monthly learning & business goals.

  • Nudges are sent weekly (generally on a Monday) to your email inbox and via chat in Able.

  • AI-recommended actions to help you make progress & achieve your goals.

  • Prompts to reflect on your learning and discuss with your coach.

  • Recommendations are based on your strengths & weaknesses.

  • Hello Able uses ChatGPT4 and customized prompts to deliver a personalized AI-generated Nudges.

  • The AI-Nudge service uses the participants goal setting inputs from the monthly Pulse to deliver highly personalized Nudges 1 to 2 times a week.

Microlearning is available and used in a few ways:

  1. Designed and integrated into specific Program learner journeys to compliment and extend in-person.

  2. Open Microlearning library in Helloable: app.helloable.co/Content

  3. Sent ad-hoc by coaches and facilitators to participants.

  4. Suggested by the AI Coach in chats.

  5. Included in AI Nudges.

Pulse Check


  • Pulse: A monthly email checkin to track change across five core capabilities & set monthly goals for AI-generated coaching, nudges & micro-learning.

  • Participants receive one (1) email pulse each month starting 4 weeks after the program launch and account creation by the participant.

  • Six (6) core questions from the Integral Leadership Profile to track change. “Answer the following questions for the last month.“

    1. I clearly communicate the vision for our organisation, so people have a clear sense of direction and purpose.

    2. I coach and encourage people to develop their skills and potential (e.g. share my skills, discuss training opportunities, suggest ways to improve).

    3. I can be relied upon to follow through on commitments I make.

    4. I manage stress effectively (e.g. manage my emotions, stay focused and calm when faced with major disruptions and tight deadlines).

    5. I provide people with clear, accurate and timely feedback on their performance.

    6. My leadership behaviour results in high levels of goal achievement and performance in others.

  • Two (2) goal setting questions:

    • “What are your top three priorities to focus on for the following month?”

    • “In the last month: Have you put your energy into the things that are highest priority? If so, what has been the impact?”

Development Plan


  • Development Plan: An online development plan to help participants understand their results and how it relates to their own personal & professional development. The participant and coach work together to identify strengths, areas for improvement and action steps to create & implement a personal development plan.
