Pulse Check
Pulse: A monthly email checkin to track change across five core capabilities & set monthly goals for AI-generated coaching, nudges & micro-learning.
Participants receive one (1) email pulse each month starting 4 weeks after the program launch and account creation by the participant.
Six (6) core questions from the Integral Leadership Profile to track change. “Answer the following questions for the last month.“

The participant and coach work together to identify strengths, areas for improvement and action steps to create & implement a personal development plan.
