βœ‹ We have a connection issue with our Calendar integration.

Connection issue with Calendly: 1 September 2025

Able has an issue connecting with Calendly. Calendly is the calendar integration service we use to sync calendar appointments with Able.


Issue

Calendly moved to a new version on the 28th August 2025 which Able is not setup for. This means:

  1. Sessions booked through Calendly from the 28th August 2025 onwards did NOT automatically go into Able. πŸ‘Ž

  2. Sessions booked through Calendly DO automatically go into your personal calendar. πŸ‘

  3. Sessions CAN still be booked through Calendly and invites will go into your appropriate calendars (both inviter/coach & invitee/coachee). πŸ‘

Our Fix:

  • We are working on fixing it and expect it will take 2-3 days to fix ie. by 4Sept.

  • We will manually add past sessions into Able.

  • We will manually add new sessions into Able each day until fixed.

  • We will update all active coaches on the resolution as soon as possible.

What you should do:

  • Until fixed please check your calendar and inbox for notifications re session bookings until we notify you of the fix. βœ…
