About Project Roles and Project Support Services

Able has a number of standard project roles and responsibilities ("Project Roles") and when you set up a quote you will see option to select project support services ("Project Services").

  • Project Roles come with different permission levels, have automated reminders associated with them and can be linked to specific payout calculations.

  • Project Services are human support services (ie. Project Coordination, RTO Accreditation and Transactions) that other Partners can provide for a percentage of the project value.

If you use Quotes this would be the first place you may indicate who will complete specific roles and select the Project Support Services you want for your project, if any.

Project Roles

Projects and Programs on Able have a number of standard roles. In some case one person will do all roles and tasks, and in others a different person may do each roles.

Role

Description

Client Lead

Generally, responsible for maintaining a specific Client relationship. Overall responsibility for all communication with, Quotes or Projects with a specific Client.

Deal Owner

Generally, responsible for all activities related to a potential sale from initiation to close. Responsible for Project commercials and Client contract, assisted by Proposal Designer.

Proposal Designer

Generally, responsible for the design and costing of a project and the drafting of a Quote and Proposal for a potential Project.

Project Lead

Generally, responsible for the overall management of the project, client liaison, program design, and briefing of facilitators and coaches.

Project Coordinator

Generally, responsible for the overall scheduling and administration of the project - setting up the project, sourcing participant details, booking workshops, moving the project forward in a timely manner, and invoicing.

Team Members

Generally, responsible for the specific tasks, activities and Service Components to be provided to Clients as part of a Project or Program, such as coaching sessions, facilitation or consulting.

Project Service

Description

Project Coordinator

This service is for the coordination and administration of projects by a human project coordinator. The services includes:

  • Program and participant scheduling and logistics.

  • Program, participant & survey setup and coordination.

  • Managing surveys, diagnostics and evaluations.

  • Managing 3rd party services eg. catering and venues.

  • Able partners with Integral to deliver this service.

RTO Administration

This service is for the administration and certification of certified programs through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Able partners with Integral, an Australian based RTO.

  • The service is only for Units of Competency on Integral's scope ie. a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management and a Diploma in Leadership & Management

  • This service also provides access to an RTO student administration system (aXcelerate), and excludes RTO design or assessment costs.

Platform Base Fee (payments & transactions)

This is for the handling of all payments associated with a project including invoicing, collection of Client payments, and payouts to the Project delivery team.

  • Able partners with Integral to deliver this service.

  • This service is currently only available to Practitioners in Australia.
